Our services are based in Leonia, NJ, and available to customers in surrounding areas including Ridgewood, Fort Lee, Teaneck, Englewood, and other parts of Bergen County.

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not issued. However, if you are dissatisfied with the outcome, please contact us within 5 business days. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

• Pre-existing damage to rugs

• Color fading or dye bleeding on rugs not previously tested
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
